I boken "I och utanför växthuset" presenterar Anneli Lindström sina haikudikter och illustrationer med inspiration av japansk dikt- och bildkonst från 1600–1800-talet, och tidigare än så. Dikterna är skrivna ur ett samtida perspektiv jämfört tidig japansk poesi. Hon tolkar och visualisera naturens växtlighet på sitt eget vis, och har valt att vid olika tillfällen fotografera blommor och grönska, i och utanför växthuset, för att sedan redigera fotografierna likt illustrationer och kollage med inspiration av japansk konst, speciellt blomsterkonst.
Anneli är konsthistoriker, författare, illustratör och silverdesigner.
